We have made another significant investment in our machine fleet. This time it is an Okuma LT3000 EX turning centre with a FANUC ARC Mate 120 iD/12L robotic arm.

The need for this investment arose from the long-term cooperation and satisfaction of our customer, with whom we agreed to extend our cooperation, and therefore it was necessary to strengthen our machine capacity. We have had good experiences with Okuma and this is not the only reason why we chose this brand.

The machine is capable of machining parts up to 270 mm in diameter and has a 30-kW motor on the main spindle. It is thanks to this power that it is able to remove larger chips, which significantly reduces production time

The machining centre is designed as a stand-alone robotic cell, thus fulfilling our vision of automated production in the sense of our motto: "Humans work during the day, robots work at night and on weekends".
